1. Higher Management uses Abusive languages to junior and to the team members to get the work done. If reported to HR head,he ask us to ignore as most of the pioneer of the abusive culture is crafted by the higher management with their group of battalions. 2. They are more interested in playing Political Office league. 3. If your highly qualified and skilled than higher management or reporting manager. You get terminated without giving you a reason. 4. Our so called Higher Management are very good in Micromanagement. Even if you come 5 minutes late you get alert emails. So Empaxis is not good company from culture,salary and learning prespective. One should avoid joining or doing business with Empaxis Data Management at all costs. It is by far the worst company in the entire NCR region, led by a newly elected president who is nothing short of a scam artist. Joining this company will drain your soul and shatter your mental peace, leaving you utterly helpless. Their lack of professional is appalling, starting from the top management’s inability to communicate respectfully with employees, especially when it comes to female employees. They have no regard for hardworking individuals like us who put in their 15 or 16hours of day. Even voicing our concern is futile as the HR is under the thumb of higher management, who only respond with abuse. Their approach to execution is deplorable - they treat employees as disposable assets , using and discarding them without a second thought. Most of the higher management’s educational qualifications are subpar, which reflects in their poor decision making. Their recruitment process is also a scam. They bound employees for a year by signing an employment bond. I wasted 4 years of my career development by joining this company. Internal promotions are based on my irrelevant criteria like smoking, drinking, participating in office gossip and attending parties rather than merit or hard work. They harass employees mentally every single day and expect them to work even after their shifts and on Saturdays and Sundays. Those who agree only they are seen hardworking in the eyes of the managers and rest are deemed useless. Think thousand times before joining.
