Title : Lead Analyst
Location: Noida ( Sector 62 ) and Kolkata ( New Town )
Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience ( experience in APX , AXYS is mandate)
Shift : Rotational shift ( evening & night only)
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should have 4-6 years working experience of using accounting software like: - APX, AXYS .
- Knowledge of Capital market, financial products like: - Equity, fixed income, derivative, mutual funds, money market, private equity
- Hands on experience with third party data vendor software like: Bloomberg, ICE, Reuters etc.
- Is required to possess deep knowledge of the all the Daily activities, workflow, issues for all clients under one's team.
- Trade, cash & stock position reconciliation of custodian vs client accounts
- Corporate action booking, price and reference data update, new account/portfolio set up, new security set up.
- Portfolio/fund performance update/calculation & validation as per GIPS
- To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily and periodic processing of all Clients under one's team as assigned.
- Should establish systems and processes to ensure highest quality levels of performance is achieved on a day-to day basis.
- To handle any escalation from Analyst w. any operatinal/ technical, process related, team. related issue
- To ensure proper documentation of workflow of all activities related to al the clients.
- To interact with a client on day-to day basis responding to their requirements at a short notice by re-aligning priorities
- Should be able to understand & anticipates Client's business needs, concerns & issues, and be able to proactively resolve the same.
- Constantly look for opportunities to improve the client processing and provide value addition to client by exceeding expectations for others in a team and inculcate the same culture across the team members.
- To keep oneself abreast of all the updates applicable to policies/regulations / compliances applicable to the function/organizational and Client.
- To create systems and checks for internal compliance policies and guidelines and ensures maintenance of clear and precise records per the requirements.
For Internal Audit:
- Review compliance adherence on a regular basis
