Likes

Work-Life balance with pretty much supportive managers. They will support your creativity and out of the box thinking. Very flexible working hours

Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Very little opportunities for cross functional development or technical trainings. Very very domain specific work (being product based organisation this is expected)

Skill development - Poor
Job security - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
