I spent about 8+ years at Emerson Innovation Center. It's a great company to work at, all of my team members including my Manager were very cooperative. Apart from proffecional growth, this company gave me many opportunities to develop personally as well by ensuring a good work life balance. During my tenure at Emerson my Manager also offered me a chance to travel outside India and learn many cross cultural aspects of customer centric culture. I have also been offered regular growth in my career path which kept me challenged always and I enjoyed that a lot. As such there is nothing however I observed that the company mostly focuses on the behavioral and soft skill trainings which should shift to Technical trainings.

Working at Emerson has always been very exiting. I made many mistakes in my job and learned thru them.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
