Likes

Open door policy, equal opportunities for everyone. I got opportunity for travel abroad. Accommodation and transport taken care by company during entire period.

Dislikes

RM asked Project manager confirmation before work from home approval to confirm whether I had completed all the assigned activities. For the same project, I had spent 10-12 Hours each day and deliver assignment within time. Delay in promotion and increment.

Work Details

I was working as Senior MES Engineer Grade V during my tenure with Emerson export engineering center. Now, I have accepted Emerson Automation for the company policy, culture and work satisfaction.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
