Yearly hikes are very good.

Dislikes

Managers are extremely biased and only few favorite employees get all the work, others have to just help in support activities like cleaning up the code for someone else or make required documents for others. Bad experience overall. Travel opportunities are also given only to the favorites even if that person isn't involved in the project. There is no recognition in workplace.
