Flat hierarchy if you like that way, every body is involved in everything as startup culture, teamwork.

Dislikes

Higher management is excellent but the HODs are lacking with quality and knowledge. Office politics is taking rise within the departments. Lack of people with domain expertise.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
