In this Company only a few aspects are likeable. The Company offers permanent WFH which can be a significant benefit for individuals seeking flexibility.

I strongly discourage recommending this company to anyone. It offers ZERO JOB SECURITY. The management team is exceptionally poor which fosters a toxic work environment where employees engage in backstabbing and fail to appreciate each other's expertise. Not sure where to start, they fire you for no reason, the rules and work keeps changing which is sometimes good, but here it gives you the feeling of uncertainty, my concern is the future of growth of an individual, I wish the company gives that to their employees, great place for freshers who feel like any job is fine, I think the company should revisit their review system if they have any, looks like now it is flawed to the core, cannot approve the ceo that’s for sure, they need to think about regrouping and planning it out properly, because they still not a technological company, cannot call themselves as a start up...Read More
