Dislikes

Nothing much but felt as most of the supporting staff like HR, Account works out of Pune, so communication gets delayed.

I am lead multiple projects at the application level. We own multiple products.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
