I am deeply saddened by eClerx HR’s unfair decision to force my resignation despite being medically fit as per my doctor’s consultation. I was fully willing to continue working, but after my parents, out of concern, didn’t allow me to attend for just one day, Management took an extreme step without considering my commitment. My parents even begged on a call, explaining our struggles, yet HR ignored their pleas and accepted my resignation forcefully. Today, my family and I are in tears, struggling without income. Junior management like some APM'S ( Associate Process Manager like Anakhbir Singh has a very rude behaviour and did practice of politics and favoratism and also took there bestes side or there favour which left everyone speechless and in result they never took the action against them because he has there favorite people around him who will take there side in returns he will give them a benifit in work , WFM and leaves etc. so I think it's better to only work for 1 year and switch to other company which will increase Your salary sine one person cannot change the work environment and cannot fight with the system. Yes people leave this company with good notes because they still need to work and earn otherwise verification in next company will not pass.. so it's hard to accept but this is the reality. In my opinion atleast company should increase the appraisal to 10% increament in this company if the company is in profit but if company is not in profit then people should switch to other company for better growth and salary. Job security and most of the entry level jobs are available. you can learn basics thing like basic excel.

Dislikes

Appraisal is worse you will get only 2.5 to 8%(Rs 200 to Rs1000) hike and there is only one reason this year budget is low an you know market conditions. You will get benefit only if you are working on managerial positions. Work life balance is like not good not bad.

Eclerx provide good food at affordable prices. Infrastructure is also good. Toilets infrastructure is clean. They also provide Newspapers for reading which was best part for me. You can sit in Cafeteria and spend time reading but they keep music on which is distracting sometimes. Salary is always on time. DLF building also has Table tennis and volleyball.

I was part of a process in which during winter season the workload got significantly reduced due to which we had lot of free time. So during that free time I wanted to read newspapers and articles on laptop to keep myself updated and stay engaged in something which unfortunately was not allowed due to IT security policy. That's the only reason I had to leave apart from that everything was fine for me personally. I have 1 star to work life balance because I worked in Night shifts which effects you work life balance. You feel sleepy on weekend day but you are awake in Night like a OWL. You cannot go visit a market or chill outside because it's dark. You cannot go to Park or Mountains at odd hours. Operations are literally like a scam, you would be forced to do sales with target in the name of customer support and above that there's zero incentives for sales. The work life balance does not exist and the management doesn't care about any employee. The only thing they want is numbers and sales!

The managers at my last project were totally toxic and made everyone to work 14 hours a day, compulsory WFO at no extra pay, even for people who stayed more than 100 kms away, close to 30 people resigned in 4 months. Also illegal misuse of PCIP(Performance correction program) without any clear proof and many put into VRP pool(bench), again no specific reason and HR played blind to these managers. People leaving eclerx after 1-3 years because of low payment. Salary is nothing compared to the market. . Because of that people with least skills are getting jobs here.. and people without long-term personal goals can't do any better with company goals either. They are becoming bad managers and they wouldn't know how to utilise team skills. . There are many learning platforms but we don't have time out of work or in general life to learn them. Sometimes we have to work 16 Hrs a day because of poor management. . Appraisals are nothing but a joke. Just joke! What percentage would matter if you are already getting paid in pennies? You'll get to see true colours of management as well as colleagues with office politics and also you'll see that you're are eligible for promotion but still you don't get it because other employee got offer letter from some other company and they'll match it and retain that employee and will promote you next year

Just because it's MNC, offers insurance, WFH/Hybrid model or work with some good clients - DON"T FALL FOR THE BAIT. If you are wise, want to passionately grow and have an impactful journey in your career then trust me or not this is not the place. The work here is purely based on projects so suppose if client goes your job stabilityis in danger until you get a new project/client. High possibility you can be moved from any LOB to any LOB (absolutely any, I mean irrespective of your background you can be moved to Finance or Customer Service(CS) and even if you're a girl you may be pushed to the point where you have to work in CS or leave the company, that's an insane level of job insecurity and an insult to your professional journey if you are passionate about sticking to your industry). Lot of learning & development opportunities come on your way but management will make sure you purely are busy in productive works & zero learning (except you work on L&D on your weekends or breathers). The KM team tries its best in whatever way possible to get you ready for working in investment banking operations. They only do it because they know the level of candidates they've hired. Good exposure of the entire trade life cycle if you're working in IB operations - multiple accounts with them mainly ubs, jp, citi.

Dislikes

The people they hire. HR could be the biggest reason for the company's recent downfall. Employees here have a very casual approach and nothing here is systemic. Filled with freshers. Company would benefit if they reduce attrition rate by paying their employees well.
