I like one thing about the organisation that they lie very better to their employees. They do not tell you that this is sales process and there are certain targets for weekly monthly and daily and you need to achieve if you are unable to achieve the target so they have abilities to achieve your target to make you life hell.

Dislikes

Eclex is a worst company ever. There is no job security and they fired employee any time. They hired people for contract based and this is sales process. I suggest please do not join this organisation

The work culture was damn good..i totally satisfied with Eclerx..it was a great experience there and the colleague and manager were very supportive and helpful in every day to day activities.

There is no growth and no salary hike there that was the thing no one likes it
