Just because it's MNC, offers insurance, WFH/Hybrid model or work with some good clients - DON"T FALL FOR THE BAIT. If you are wise, want to passionately grow and have an impactful journey in your career then trust me or not this is not the place. The work here is purely based on projects so suppose if client goes your job stabilityis in danger until you get a new project/client. High possibility you can be moved from any LOB to any LOB (absolutely any, I mean irrespective of your background you can be moved to Finance or Customer Service(CS) and even if you're a girl you may be pushed to the point where you have to work in CS or leave the company, that's an insane level of job insecurity and an insult to your professional journey if you are passionate about sticking to your industry). Lot of learning & development opportunities come on your way but management will make sure you purely are busy in productive works & zero learning (except you work on L&D on your weekends or breathers). Eclerx provide good food at affordable prices. Infrastructure is also good. Toilets infrastructure is clean. They also provide Newspapers for reading which was best part for me. You can sit in Cafeteria and spend time reading but they keep music on which is distracting sometimes.
Salary is always on time. DLF building also has Table tennis and volleyball.

I was part of a process in which during winter season the workload got significantly reduced due to which we had lot of free time. So during that free time I wanted to read newspapers and articles on laptop to keep myself updated and stay engaged in something which unfortunately was not allowed due to IT security policy. That's the only reason I had to leave apart from that everything was fine for me personally.
I have 1 star to work life balance because I worked in Night shifts which effects you work life balance. You feel sleepy on weekend day but you are awake in Night like a OWL. You cannot go visit a market or chill outside because it's dark. You cannot go to Park or Mountains at odd hours.

Many managers were supportive and promoted healthy environment.
Dislikes
The managers at my last project were totally toxic and made everyone to work 14 hours a day, compulsory WFO at no extra pay, even for people who stayed more than 100 kms away, close to 30 people resigned in 4 months. Also illegal misuse of PCIP(Performance correction program) without any clear proof and many put into VRP pool(bench), again no specific reason and HR played blind to these managers. Salary is nothing compared to the market.

Because of that people with least skills are getting jobs here.. and people without long-term personal goals can't do any better with company goals either. They are becoming bad managers and they wouldn't know how to utilise team skills.

There are many learning platforms but we don't have time out of work or in general life to learn them. Sometimes we have to work 16 Hrs a day because of poor management.

Appraisals are nothing but a joke. Just joke! What percentage would matter if you are already getting paid in pennies? I can't say any more.
