Junior management like some APM'S ( Associate Process Manager like Anakhbir Singh has a very rude behaviour and did practice of politics and favoratism and also took there bestes side or there favour which left everyone speechless and in result they never took the action against them because he has there favorite people around him who will take there side in returns he will give them a benifit in work , WFM and leaves etc. so I think it's better to only work for 1 year and switch to other company which will increase Your salary sine one person cannot change the work environment and cannot fight with the system.
