Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Dislikes

Managers are not good at all and they won't support you. They don't consider teammates equally. Employees are lazy too, there is no healthy competition as people delay their work. Most people don't have proper technical knowledge and works on old technology. HR department and IT departments often give excuses if you need help from them. Hierarchy is defined based on favouritism, so managers don't even know how to professionally manage a project. Some managers don't even professionally deserve to lead a project and unfortunately deserving people who would have proper skills or experience to do so never actually get a chance and hence managers never support people under them to grow. Everyone in this company knows nothing, especially the managers, they have 0 technical knowledge and never support you to grow. Most employees here are lazy and avoid work, old employees are pathetic, new hirings are still fine. This is a average place to work with excellent job security and comfortable day shifts. The work environment is okay okay, and I have the pleasure of working with few supportive colleagues. My batch is one of the fantastic batch on my work floor, and the manager is supportive, making the journey even more enjoyable. A great company for the fresher or beginners.

Managers often have their own sycophants, which creates a toxic work environment and makes the atmosphere feel like hell for others. There is no meal provided, and even the canteen lacks proper food options, causing inconvenience during breaks.
