Hr of Ebix they have arrogance. There are no clear appraisal mechanisms to reward or recognize hard work, very late appraisal it take 3 to 4 years and salary remain low with minimal opportunities for professional growth.

Nothing, They market themselves as its a big company but the ground reality is they are zero in every department. Sponsoring IPL team doesn't make you big.

I disliked every single thing of Ebix,they have hired me in Feb for pl/sql developer and they have deputed me to Sbicard gurgaon office after working there for one month I came to know that Project has been taken By tcs and when I called Hr they were like don't worry we will give you another project and after many follow up there reply was always same and suddenly on 27th May they mailed us that In sbicard you're last day is 31st May and the best part is in Ebix you last day is also 31st May.Every one was shocked because around 60-70 employee from ebix is working in SBIcard office around 20 was hired by Tcs and rest was dependent on Ebix. Lets talk about employees, worst experience of my life, I have never worked with employees like them, the manager things he is god in pl/SQL,always shouting on other employees even on the TL and the other employees are also selfish, one of the employee eats guthka in office,its ok if you eats such things outside office but should not eat in office.So,much politics is involved with in the team no will help you,just to make their dependency. Team member can't see you grow if you are doing good they will be jealoused and say bad things behind you....Read More

There is no work life balance you have to come on every Saturday and Sunday and some times fulll day also means 24 hours and even after coming on Saturday and Sunday they will not appreciate your work, no rotational shift Sat sunda
