This company is good for fresher or 1-2 year experience developer. The building of this company is awesome which I like most.

Dislikes

No advance technologies here, and no appraisal policy as they promise to employee. Very bad food facility sometimes no food, or have to wait in very long queue.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
