1) No allowance to employees. Like - referrals, interview, night allowance ,no insurance for parents . 2) Our Systems are outdated and also if any device didn't work ,they take months to resolve the issue. 3)People who work at night shift didn't get any cab facilities.

No annual appraisal cycle. Appraisal happens through favouritism. No communication b/w HR and employees. Your hard work will not be rewarded into any form. Leave structure is very bad. Less leaves count. Management and HR is not open for constructive criticism.

Ebix is the worst company to work with, I worked here for 8 years in software department. Everyone in this company knows nothing, especially the managers, they have 0 technical knowledge and never support you to grow. Most employees here are lazy and avoid work, old employees are pathetic, new hirings are still fine. This is a average place to work with excellent job security and comfortable day shifts. The work environment is okay okay, and I have the pleasure of working with few supportive colleagues. My batch is one of the fantastic batch on my work floor, and the manager is supportive, making the journey even more enjoyable. A great company for the fresher or beginners.
