This is one of the great companies I’ve worked with! I loved the e-Zest culture and the Management. I wish I could work with e-Zest again!

Dislikes

Unfortunately our clients took their process back and we were asked to leave but we got paid for a month without coming to office as benchmark. But the saddest part is we were no longer part of e-zest

Job security - Bad

Work Details

The job was great! We got trained for every single task. There used to be the small parties which kept us engaged and happy

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
