Qualify in interview. Offer letter given at the spot. Training period of 1 month where 5-7days are theoretical and the remaining day practically. Confirmation letter is received after 6month of my joining. Appraisal is done after 6-12 months seeing our performance. An healthy work environment with it's ethics, higher management love to be free and friendly to the employee
