Company is focusing on digital transformation and encouraging employees to upgrade to latest skills. It is providing digital platform for the employees to update their knowledge with tons of materials which can be used at any given point of time.

Dislikes

There was emphasis only on business margins and company lost focus on people who are important in building the company to a greater heights . Lack of employee engagement which could be either in terms of fun activities , or rewards or recognition and pushing through various policies which affected the employee morale .

Work Details

Driving CI initiatives like LSS projects , preparing the org for site wide audit , reviewing the performance of the team and guiding them through on how the services can be improved , defining KPIs and managing it for the team .
