Not generalizing or saying for the entire company environment, but specifically in the Technical Support profile:
1. Work environment is not at all good, floor support, leads and managers use either sarcasm, passive agressive behaviour, not replying properly oftentimes whenever you ask for help in general as a new joiner.
2. Manager's don't approve leaves even if there is a family emergency, when you even send them reports of a health issue, and due to company's leave conditions if you are the person who takes frequent leaves due some family or health issue, then not the right choice.
3. Almost negligible chances of growth due to cyclic work, with zero opportunities to learn in this profile.
4. Work timings mostly extend usually ranging from 9.5 hours to 11 hours, due to extra huddles apart from the official shift work timings. Also, manager/leads meeting on Weekends are conducted almost every weekend which claims to be of 30 mins but it extends for 1-2 hours, they say that it's mandatory to attend no matter how....Read More

I like nothing here in DXC

The list will never end i guess:
I feel bad when someone joins DXC coz i know we join a company with alot of hope and planning but it's just pathetic over here..
In DXC some process are good but GSD (Global Service Desk) is the worst especially for Nissan project
The work is hectic but moreover the team and work culture and environment is toxic to the core..
One person is working on 4 medium that live chat, call, email and tickets
If you're on a call and you get a chat then you have to take.. sometimes you're on 3 chats and call also so you're talking to 4 people at a time for different issue and you have to understand and resolve them in a given time limit
The seniors like SME, TL and manager are worst
They don't approve for leaves even if you're sick and even if you do a small single mistake they will bash you so badly that you'll feel depressed and demotivated and it's everyday story.. everyday they will keep one useless meeting and humiliate you for so and so reason..
And if your shift ends at 8pm then you need to work till 12 O'clock midnight coz the work load is too high..
It's not about me only, each and every person is feeling the same.. many have resigned after joining for 1 month or 2 months only..
Here i'm stuck because i wanted to have that experience certificate and i have completed 6 months so will resign now after complaining to HR
They torture us so much that i have developed anxiety issue and my mental health is trash.. they don't even care..
Most of the days we don't get proper break..
Even if we are on break or shift ended or week off we have to join their useless meetings for no reason otherwise for that also they'll bash you in front of everyone..
No help from seniors..
On break time also you need to work
My humble request is that if you want to have mental peace and looking for a decent job with good work culture and work life balance then please stay away from DXC
They care about none then the company and office politics is at its peak...Read More
