Work life balance is good. Teammates are very helpful, encouraging. Even though job is not that secure here but if you are joining as an experienced professional and you have excellent skills then you can plan your retirement here :D

Dislikes

Career growth is negligible. Job is not secure at all. They are hiring freshers like anything, but firing the experiences excellent resources as part of cost cutting. Joining at the starting phase of career is not at all a good idea. Think as much as you can before joining.

There is no proper management, if you butter your lead you haven a nice career you are not estimated based on your merit or work. For a fresher i can say it is the worst company , this is my experience but for my friend this company provided a lot also my another friend got fired now is doing good but firing some one in early stage how it will impact on them? I have worked here for 1.5 years as a IT Developer they will throw you out when their task is done. They don’t have even a single project in hand & they will just keep on telling the lies and the old seniors will rule the company by playing hell lot of politics because they know that their life will end up there itself. Try to join some startup but not this terrible organisation.
