Not much pressures unless you reaches level 3 and above below that yes ppl do find work pressure.

Salary is below standards, if they outsource ppl at higher level 4 and above then its even fine but 4 and below specially for freshers no scope in salary

There is too much politics which Managers do. Managers lack basic finance knowledge. they do politics with junior staff in team to make sure that experienced member in the team do not grow. Managers in India must be thrown out. V poor working environment. Too much politics. No increment. No growth opportunity. Poor work quality.

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

I am not talking about company culture, bcs I m not sitting at offshore. I am working at onsite project. Hence ,in this prospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

Nothing , few of departments are performing due to which this org is running. Leadership team is clueless and struggling to sustain business

Everything, they consider resources as numbers. No job security and you are not sure whether DXc will ask you to come office tomorrow or not.
