Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

Seniors are very helpful. Good work life balance. Can learn a lot as a fresher by completing courses from udemy and LinkedIn learning for free.

Less development project opportunities for freshers . Less salary and minimal hike.

only one thing is Work From Home if you are good at internal politics then no skills needed for you to survive in the DXC Technology. very good company if you are willing to chill and don't want to work

so many dislikes are there. some of them are 1) worst pay 2) Worst promotion cycle 3) worst management 4) Too many internal politics, even higher managements knows that and no action taken and also supporting those politics 5) No Job security at all, especially if you are skilled.

The colleagues are good helpful and the managers are also good & understanding

There is no increment, no additional benefit and motivation that keeps you feel like working, no work life balance and personal life if you are at client location due to daily time spend long commute, work load and ever demanding nature of customer.

Toxic culture due to old employees they don't have any IT culture nor any culture how to treat their employees... Since they are with the same organisation more than 20 years..

You should do adjustments to your manager.. you should never ask questions when they are wrong.. ideally you should be a slave for them

Job security is not there. No permotion, no incriment and not job satisfaction. Overall third class behaviour all manegers. I think need to be increment per year. For all employees.

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave

Policies are there for employees but at management level they are not giving specially in Chennai

Not looking after their management, policies are there but still management is not giving. Not hiring new resource and creating pressure on employees for doing more work. Not giving proper week off and holiday Even hr also involved with management not provided any benefit to employees. manager and hr not at all talking to employees simply avoiding

The work from anywhere policy. I did not went to office during my complete tenure at DXC which was approx 2.5 years. The work life balance varies from project to project, but mostly it's good. The rewards and recognization is really good. The work from home step up is completely sponsered by DXC. They have middle salaries and also most remote work.

Their work is complicated as it is required of many, but without any support, so too bad promotions in 8 years I did not get a promotion, but for the annual wage increase it is something that does not exist.
