Work environment not good. Managers taking things personally and considering during hikes. Same scenario happened with me. I used to visit office during covid ( March 21 )situation 2,3 time's in a month till year end. After 6,7 month I went for home town because of parents health issues. they suffering from same covid situation. That time I facing lot's of things. Manager considered like I went to home town because they are sending me office during covid. And the impact is they didn't give me proper hike. On the other hand my junior or other team guys got more hike as compared to me. DXC never considered or understand the family issues they only want work in any situation. If you put a paper then they always preferred new candidate even he don't have proper knowledge. Last option is you if they are unable to find Candidate in market....Read More
