Senior management doesn't knows whats happening at base. Team leaders are higly egoistic and does lots of politics in every sphere with associates. Managers too dont know how to handle the team. No growth model. Once you are in the system,you will feel suffocated, thats why more than 90 percent of new joinees leave in the ery first 2 months.
