Perfect example of a badly managed team in a reputed company, join the BFSI team of Dun & Bradstreet to experience substandard middle management in an otherwise renowned company , the management is so unethical and biased that its suffocating to work in such an environment , 0 job security ,every other day unit manager threatens tosack you , work culture is like a typical lala company where you have to suck up to the managers otherwise you cant survive. Initially a rosy picture will be painted, but slowly and steadily the real colours show. Until the middle Management changes, it is difficult to work, do join if you're looking for a short stint. The organisation has a brand name, there are opportunities to learn a lot, however the work pressure is such that you won't get an opportunity learn anything and would just keep on following up with the backend team....Read More

Unethical work culture, taking a leave is seen as doing a crime, hundreds of questions will be asked by manager ,unless its a sick leave. Manager does not approve the conveyance claims on time. (Sometimes for 6 months at a stretch despite reminders) Until the Management changes ,its very difficult to survive, the team changes every year due to such behaviour of the managers.

The worst company culture. I worked for 4 months under a female manager and she is the most horrible person who used to use words like stupid, which school did you go to? Don’t you know how to dress Don’t you understand maths and other kind of indecent remarks. Wantedly she used to find mistakes and she made sure that I put my papers. If anyone points out she would report them under POSH. Management also used to support her blindly and only listen to her because she was there from 5 years.
