Perfect example of a badly managed team in a reputed company, join the BFSI team of Dun & Bradstreet to experience substandard middle management in an otherwise renowned company , the management is so unethical and biased that its suffocating to work in such an environment , 0 job security ,every other day unit manager threatens tosack you , work culture is like a typical lala company where you have to suck up to the managers otherwise you cant survive. Initially a rosy picture will be painted, but slowly and steadily the real colours show. Until the middle Management changes, it is difficult to work, do join if you're looking for a short stint. Unethical work culture, taking a leave is seen as doing a crime, hundreds of questions will be asked by manager ,unless its a sick leave. Manager does not approve the conveyance claims on time. (Sometimes for 6 months at a stretch despite reminders) Until the Management changes ,its very difficult to survive, the team changes every year due to such behaviour of the managers.
