Dislikes

Increments and the rate at which the promotion happens. Plus the products are niche and require lot of cold calling and its a concept selling hence, many rounds of meetings is required. Due to which sales incentive is also sometimes troublesome.

My work is mainly comprised of maintaining relationships with exisiting clients which includes banks and Nbfcs majorly and also Corporates. And getting new business from new and existing clients and hence increase the revenue for the company.

The company is ongoing upheavals in terms of change of management, appraisals are held back this year. Poor top level management. No work life balance and some mangers are terriblly insensitive

My work profile is to handle cases escalated through RBI, legal team and I have came to this level from a scratch, aslo experienced alot. Managers and colleague are helpful at all terms. Working at DNB is Joyful and enjoying.
