Salary pending always from 3-4 months, for1 day of seek leave 2 days salary deduction,All management people are from relatives,those who are leaving compny,will not get there salary for last 3 moths,less chances to get leave,salary will not exceed notre than 10k,can not take urgent leave,if 5 min late then full day salary will be deducted.

Recruited as a .Net developer but all bullshit work was there rather than development. Company was doing project under government so the work I did there was 1.go and take the photos of public toilets 2make the proper record, upload it on gov site.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
