I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

A signifcant number of people were laid off towards the end of 2022, leaving them high and dry. - Callous attitude towards both customers and employees. - No work-life balance. - Inexperienced and naive engineering leaders. - Super-high attrition - both voluntary and involuntary (layoffs).
