Company was in hybrid mode. So we can work from home if we want.

Dislikes

company was using customized frameworks. But now a days there are multiple modern web frameworks. You will not get chance to work in that. This will affect your future as you don't have in hand experience with modern frameworks

Friendship, senior colleagues and most important thing is "career growth", I have worked around 6 years in DRD and its a great place to work.

Dislikes

Personally, I dont have anything to say negative about DRD. Benefits to the employees especially to juniors needs to improved (and i heard that, now DRD is better on this).
