India management lacks futuristic vision & objectives. The leadership team has been in chair for a long period and hence there are lack of fresh ideas and implementations. Job security is a big concern for employees because of the nature of business(tender dependent). Lack of communication from top to bottom in India team results into grapevine & rumours all across the board.
