If you have excellent communication skills and average technical skills then you will get chance to communicate with clients directly..

Dislikes

The management shows favoritism towards certain managers, leading to a biased work environment. The primary focus is on invoices and collections, with no clear plan for employee upskilling across all levels. The company offers very limited holidays, even skipping some declared national holidays. Additionally, project managers based overseas, particularly in Australia and the UK, often lack proper professionalism when interacting with teams in India....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
