Calling us at night to fix there error and problems, plus there is no appreciation at all, salary increment is zero. When asking for hikes the CEO of our company stop responding to the calls, there is no HR since 5-10 months, we directly need to coordinate with CEO. Very poor environment.

Working here i got to realize that this company is total waste of our precious time. Don't join this organization.

Look the employees who are working here are just wasting there life there is nothing to learn from this company same problem every month they are giving you 10k salary and ordering you to give 4 hours of talk time daily if you are not able to do that in 9 Hours stay and complete the remaining hours CEO behavior is not good you have to keep your camera on always .
