Working in the police department is hounour to me in the society because we can help the poor who were suppressed by the upper caste and rich people. Moreover in my tenure I conducted many recruitments of Constables and SIs due to which I gained lot of experience in administration and HR side. Developed the management skills to thetrainees and achieved good results and applauds from my superiors. With regards to the salaries, the state government salaries are very less. Even though respect will be very high in this department. But in the eyes of common public, they feel that the department people are highly corrupted and they collect the money from dead bodies etc., But I am proudly to say that I am not such a guy and it is very good department to serve the people and society....Read More

Heavy bossiasm will the there and every time we feel tension over the work.

My work in this office was exiting one at that time and new new innovative assignments were given to me by the officers and I did those with zeal, energy and enthusiasm within their deadly period.
