If you are working on third party contract you have to face partially in work scope,preferences,dirty politicals by senior managers. They can fire you from your job even for casual leave in spite of prior permission. Make sure you are hired on companies payroll not on third party contracts.

Dislikes

Dirty politics by Sr managers. Not good to work in third party contracts.

Even if you don't work just punch on time you'll be paid but if you are an ash licker they might even pay you for even not coming on time.

Dislikes

Merit and Hardwork isn't respected. Corruption in hiring, appraisal and transfers. Disrespectful behaviour towards employees, discrimination and if you speak up they make sure to shut you up.

The current management is very bad don't think and has respect of employee personal space. Work life balance is very poor. Even ask to work on every Saturday and Sunday even it's off and if leave is asked then feels like you had make a big mistake asking for leave.
