Vision of the CEO is good but he doesn't know what's going on at the bottom.

HR Anita and CIO take their own random immatured decisions and now hire and fire culture has started I am sure the CEO is unaware of this...don't even think of joining here. Shroff family always had a very good culture and vision and care for employees but if you have someone above you who is given a freehand and immatured HR who doesn't know shit about IT then guys you are in deep shit.
