This is an government organisation in which the work culture was good. I love the fact that I am a part of it. In DSAO office I have to handle the state government website and application which is built for farmers in which I have to maintain the records of pesticides and fertilizers report which was provided by state government and help the issues and problems that faced by the supervisor and assistance supervisor of the particular project which was I work for. And also do some back office work such as maintaining the records and drafting the letter.

Dislikes

My job was there for a contractual basis and there's no career growth. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-19 hrs straight in a Day as I have to attend and make a calls for making the daily/weekly/monthly report of the project.

Likes

Working in the police department is hounour to me in the society because we can help the poor who were suppressed by the upper caste and rich people. Moreover in my tenure I conducted many recruitments of Constables and SIs due to which I gained lot of experience in administration and HR side. Developed the management skills to the trainees and achieved good results and applauds from my superiors. With regards to the salaries, the state government salaries are very less. Even though respect will be very high in this department. But in the eyes of common public, they feel that the department people are highly corrupted and they collect the money from dead bodies etc., But I am proudly to say that I am not such a guy and it is very good department to serve the people and society.

Dislikes

Heavy bossiasm will the there and every time we feel tension over the work.
