The HR team of DIN is the worst. They will deploy you at Adobe office in Noida. They will tell all the lies in the world to you (eg- you will become an employee of Adobe in sometime, you will get appraisals, you work timings will be fixed, you will get fixed sat and Sun off, etc). Starting from the beginning the HR has been lying to us stating that after working for a year or so we would become full time employee for Adobe for which we were hired as vendor workers by DIN Engineering Services, but when you start working with the team and interact with your colleagues, you'll know that you are at the grace of your senior manager if you wish to ever become a full time employee at Adobe and that too if you can butter them all the time. Then once you have joined, you'll get to know how terrible the assistant managers are and will make you feel rushed and terrible and overburdened for the 8-9 hours you'll be working with them. On top of that they don't even approve your holidays even for festivals and even if it's a genuine reason and argue with you all the time stating that it's a business requirement but nonetheless they'll never tell you exactly what the business requirement is. Then initially you'll like your team mates but you'll slowly get to know over time that most of these people are terrible and just want to pass down their work onto someone else and are also horrible people. Team meetings are the worst and it'll be like 45-50 mins of just the manager blabbering all kind of shit that doesn't even make sense. Then once you resign, the manager calls you and tries to retain you by making you false promises of giving you a hike and giving you a promotion but that's all a big lie from their end and useless because at the end you are not getting to become a full time employee for Adobe....Read More
