Salary was between 10000 to 12000 Mental and work load is very high every day You have to do night shift also If you work overtime you will not got payment adjectly according to the extra overtime work... Every your senior member mentally torture you to deliver your fast and of you deliver target timely then they will give you extraa work

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
