I was really enjoyed my work in Dimension Data, I was posted in Reliance Jio Project in Mumbai, here I learned many things, all of my collegus and Management staff was very good and helpful.

Dislikes

One of my personal suggestion is that kind use your leaves in DD because it doesn't provide leave encashment. I have left 23 leaves.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
