Working with DD currently as Client Support Engineer, the main points I would like to discuss are HR policies and Appraisal given by Company at ground level is really really poor. All the works are done by ground level engineers and credits are given to the Managers and higher level people. The Job satisfaction is not upto the designation level. Talking about career growth, leaves are not granted as per the requirements for higher level certification by which your growth cannot meet your desires.Really really need to improve them....Read More
