In respect of team spirit, work environment, work life balance, technically contributive advice of seniors, found the best in comparison to that experienced during preceeding 40 years of service in various organisations. Career growth, training etc were not relevent to me in post retirement engagement.

No increment up to 10 years service, one man army in Pmg cell, if ED of company check’s the log book of a rented car, then you can imagine about the company, not a fixed date for salary, it is better to serve for this company after age of 60 years with the remuneration of Rs. 50000
