It provides a great platform for learning to freshers and GETs. You get to meet the real knowledgeable persons who re rich of experience in the Field of Engineering design .It becomes easier to switch in the field of Engineering design if you have DCPL experience of at least 3-5 years .

Dislikes

You can not get enough financial stability as compared to your batch mates working in other companies . One more thing a little unprofessional Work culture sometime will make you feel little bit down.

Work Details

As far as work development is concerned I am really happy to have worked for DCPL for little more than 3 years .If it was 5 years of DCPL experience it would have been more helpful to me .
