Company is very open to innovation. Recently DCPL is working on AI technology. I have some good senior colleagues and work life balance is very good. Company HR policy on rehiring is good.

Dislikes
Compensation is decent but not as per other consultants. Some managers doesn’t value individual opinions. Also there is no on job training for freshers, so senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is painful task as work load is very high. Also after one year of very high responsibility and working hard I have not get any hike.
Work Details
Actually I am lead engineer of a ongoing project in Civil Engineering part. I have to plan and execute our day to day work. I have to attend client meeting in each month. Sometimes I have to go for a meeting within half day notice.
