In respect of team spirit, work environment, work life balance, technically contributive advice of seniors, found the best in comparison to that experienced during preceeding 40 years of service in various organisations. Career growth, training etc were not relevent to me in post retirement engagement.

No company ethics and culture, people are not treated well, there is no proper communication method, salary very poor, when you resign you have to payout the full gross amount instead of the basic part of the salary.
