We get ample amount of time to learn new things even being at work. The organisational culture at Deutsche Bank has been designed in such a way that its primary focus remains on growth of its employees. Whether it be there financial growth or in terms of learning. In terms of job security and employee care i dont think any other Indian bank can match Deutsche Bank's level of care.

Dislikes

-Stringent Policies. Sometimes impractical. -No attitude to compete, as quality above volume is the focus. -Lack of Digitization. -Deliberately manufactured Limited Reach. -More focused products then General. Specifically talking about retail banking business of bank because i worked there.

Its amazing. You get ample time for yourself and family here. This organisation is not on a rat race unlike other Indian Private Sector Banks. If you want to live happy and are able to source affluent business for bank, be here.
