Policies are good but hr is external and for technical roles the responsibilities are not clear.

Not having clear role and responsibilities. Toxic culture. Make you feel little in front of others. No proper hr channel . No skip meetings .too much politics and inhumanity.

1) you are gone if you get Indian manager. they run the projects like they own the company. 2) no new learning and no career growth, 3) no motivation at work, 4) stuck and stagnant old-aged people around you all the time, 5) everyone wants to save his/her chair(job) even there is no path to learn.

No one is really helpful even when you join organisations. Not even they bother to provide you initial overview, they assume you had crash course before joining and have enough knowledge to work directly. Also older people with more than 5,10 years of experience are making dependencies so that nobody outsider will get exact concepts of banks n it’s working. Also with micromanagement.

Pathetic work culture and old timers are only interested in playing office politics and doing micro management. Non transparent policies and head heavy organisation. During recruitment HR promises career progression and try to fit a level lower but due to lack of transparency promotion etc. are distant myth for new recruits.

There are many good AVPs and VPs. They know how to get things done. Its a big organization so overall experience depends on team you work with and manager you report to.

KRU research team is not well managed. Insecure and inefficient people holding people management roles that's why overall experience was not good. This team needs shuffling of AVP,s and VP. Manager and Leads are selfish. Just to shine their careers they are spoiling careers of team members. Learning in this team is NIL. Bootlickers get all the limelight, only limelight to stay motivated so that they can stretch without complaining. Jaipur lead is very toxic,she lacks ppl mgmt skills. The organisation is goal oriented and the goals are communicated clearly. Most leaders are not micro managers and give a platform for the teams to grow.

Dislikes

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.
