This is a place where an employee are treat as labour (bandhua majdoor), not respected or valuable. Policies are just for audit purpose as HR's are not supportive as they are only paid to pass on info to business instead of helping or supporting employees. What we earn is high level of stress, diseases, mental stress (new illness), poor communication, little growth as same like salary.

I appreciated the culture and emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Additionally I valued the opportunities I got which helped me in growing

Dislikes

I found that management responsiveness could be improved, which led to delays in decision making and lack in employee satisfaction. Additionally, the amount of appraisal and rewards did not always reflect the hard work and achievements of the employee. There was limited support of work life balance making it difficult to manage healthy personal and professional life

The company had a very good Culture. Had very inspiring leaders. We had good learning and all the above things from process to personal front we saw growth .We were respected. people were Transperent and got timely and effective feed back. Leaders were ready to guide you.

Bank has promoted people left and right. Diversity candidate are immature and are not able to play the leadership roles effectively. Heavy dependency on office politics and groupism at leadership levels. Lack of proper work allocation leading to people working 14 to 15 hours including Saturday's. Leadership has become un approachable. No one is ready to handhold and train. Associates and tenured employees do not pass on the KT. Use this to bully new joiners. People are screamed at when approached for doubts on process. Promotion are based on manager discretion and no proper evaluation. If one is good at process he gets the go. People skills will take back seat. Key man dependency is seen everywhere. Seniors don't communicate respectfully to the juniors. If I could give no stars to the company work culture I would. This is the first organisation in my career I had caught my manager back bitching like a little girl and they promote being exhausted as a good work culture. Pathetic place to work for
