The level of job security and work culture Deutsche bank provides is favorable. Unlike in other banks, the pressure is very minimal and if you want to make your career in the banking industry then DB is one of the great banks to start your career with.

You may face hardships in selling DB's product because they have very low brand visibility which makes it difficult for the customer to recognize the bank.
